Wave Internet has been part of the ihug family for a couple of years now, but from
November 28th we're fully merging.

You'll now be a fully fledged ihug customer, so you'll have access to all the benefits and bonuses of being with ihug. Including access to ihug's great range of internet and calling products from December 1st.

All of your details will remain the same. You will keep the same email address and dial up number - you won't have to do a thing.

If you pay by automatic payment, direct debit, credit card, telephone or internet banking you do not need to make any change to your payment details. Check out more information about ihug's billing here.

You can access your email and my account using the quick links login box at the top of this page. Just enter your Wave username and password as normal to get access.

With my account you'll be able to view your invoices, change your account type, update your contact details, change your password and even check your broadband usage. It's all online and at your fingertips, so you're in control.
